LISC Boston, a community development financial institution, helps small business through a network of partners dedicated to growing opportunities for entrepreneurs who are traditionally underrepresented in the business world. They provide training, capital, and contracting opportunities to women- and minority-owned businesses and startups statewide.

Resources & Services

Financing

LISC Boston offers small business loans of $1,000 to $1 million, as well as grants to help community development organizations expand their capacity and affordable housing developers implement strategies. The organization also makes equity investments.

Small Business Support

The work of LISC Boston includes training, capital, and contract opportunities for women- and minority-owned businesses. An annual pitch contest is held in partnership with local small business accelerator programs.
