About

CT PTAC has a mission to provide marketing and procurement assistance to Connecticut businesses interested in selling their goods or services to the defense industry or government agencies while increasing the state’s economic base. A statewide program serving all cities and towns in Connecticut, CT PTAC provides no-charge assistance to businesses, communities, and governments. This procurement technical assistance center is funded in part through a cooperative agreement with the Defense Logistics Agency.

CT PTAC offers the following services at no cost:

  • One-on-one counseling sessions
  • State and federal registrations
  • Certification application
  • Solicitation analysis
  • Bid preparation
  • Contract administration

Notice: Requirements to become a CT PTAC Client

  1. Your business must be headquartered in Connecticut
  2. Your business must have been in business for at least two years
  3. Your business must have a valid email address and internet access

Training and Events

Webinars are typically held every Tuesday and Thursday on a variety of topics. CT PTAC also hosts workshops, seminars, and procurement conferences
