Quinnipiac University students can now choose to major in a specific environmental or sustainability subject under three “green degree” tracks recently announced by the school. Quinnipiac says the majors “[address] the need to bring deeper, informed understanding to what is unquestionably one of the most critical issues of our day.”
The new degree options include:
- Bachelor of Science in Environmental Science
- Bachelor of Arts in Sustainability and Environmental Policy
- Bachelor of Arts in Environmental Studies
Quinnipiac says the majors are components of a larger environmental studies program which is incorporated into the university’s sustainability plan.
